Beach front only steps to the ocean with back patio overlooking. The condo was very clean upon arrival and to our surprise had been recently remodeled with new furniture from the listing photos. Decorated nicely and was stocked with most kitchen appliances, pots/pans, blender that you need. Check-in, out also was very easy with Vaca staff on site you can also check-out tennis rackets to play for free while there the kids enjoyed this. There is not washer and dryer in each condo which we knew from previously staying here many years ago. But the community condo laundry room was easily accessible and cost was $2 a load that could be done while you enjoy the beach/pool. Extremely pleased with our stay here and can’t beat it for the price! ##### Brandan M. Balcony view was great for beach watching and sunsets. Just a few things I would recommend. Needs grab bar in shower, more knife utensils, a Watch Your Step sign on the balcony door. Called property manager every day of stay and they would never talk to renters. Our unit and the unit next door were both listed as non smoking and we believed them.
