This beautiful, third-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this Florida room inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath has a walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The bedrooms have TVs and DVDs and the primary bedroom has a VCR as well. This condo also features a washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31\. Place was comfortable. View was great. Close to elevator and stairs. The only thing we were not prepared for was that there were no start up amenities like salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. That would have been good to know. Many places around the world have a spices in the cabinets for cooking. It would have been good to know what was not there. The electrical outlets did not work in 1/2 of one bedroom but the Vacasa people were very responsive and put in a ticket for that to be fixed immediately. Nice place to stay! ##### Carol B. However, the furniture is old and sagging - the bed is uncomfortable and squeaks at every turn. The couch cushions are practically flat. Not a "condo" thing, but still impacted out stay - the HOA was doing work on the building - right under this condo - they were drilling into the concrete first thing in the morning - it was horribly loud, there was cement dust floating both up (so we couldn't use our balcony) and it was right by the pool and I didn't feel comfortable with having kids in the pool area. We ended up leaving 2 nights early because of that. The cushions were so flat, the edge of the couch sat higher than the middle cushion, which was uncomfortable. The kitchen was missing a cookie sheet to bake on, and there was no pot holders to use to get anything out of the oven. They had the refrigerator turned too warm, so when we got there, it took a long time to get it to cool off. We thought it was broken, so they did bring a smaller fridge for us to use, but it sat out awkwardly in the entrance into the condo. ##### Lisa R. Jun 28, 2025 #### eh. not worth the price. you get 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 packages to wash clothes with, and 2 packets of dishwashing powder. dishwasher didn’t work anyway. it was just dirty and everything is outdated. bare minimum for a way higher price than necessary. maybe it’s the area? no idea. if you want a bed to sleep in on the gulf, than this is for you. if you expect a little bit more, than go elsewhere. ##### Cindy W. ### 6/10 Okay #### Cindy W. Jan 31, 2023 #### Beautiful condo This condo was everything we needed for our family of 3\. They had it pretty cleaned, and the view and beach are absolutely perfect. The complementary chairs was a HUGE plus for us. So thankful the beach wasn't over crowded. We had wonderful views, and had a week full of seeing jellyfish! Things I wish were different: The washer was mildewy- we had to wash a few doors down at my in laws. The coffee pot was broken, but placed where you didn't notice. So when I poured coffee it went all over the counter and myself 🥴 I had bought coffee for the condo, and still had to go out and purchase it in the mornings elsewhere 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️ I think the AC is unbalanced. One bedroom was FREEZING, and the other we were sweating. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch because it was so cold in her room. Not huge issues for our trip thank goodness.
