This beachfront home away from home offers a delightful open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Wind down in the welcoming living area as you plan your next adventures or watch a fun show or movie on the TV. The adjacent balcony provides you with an idyllic spot to take in the marvelous views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying the refreshing breeze. It's also a great spot to dine alfresco. Speaking of dining, the condo's full kitchen has all the essentials to whip up exquisite homemade masterpieces and beach snacks on the go. The primary suite enjoys its own TV, access to the balcony, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include another TV in the guest bedroom, an on-site washer/dryer, and central AC.

Nice Condo

This condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots and pans/utensils etc. Be on the beach in minutes. The view was great. We could sit on the patio and see the sunrise and then the sunset. Convenient location to Fort Walton or Destin.

Great Condo, great stay!

The condo was lovely! It was probably the best stocked kitchen of all the condos I’ve stayed in. Super comfortable for a family of four to crash in front of the TV at the end of a long day at the beach. Not really a complaint, but future renters, be aware of the water pressure in the primary shower!!! I almost blew my face off! Just turn the water on half way ;). Other than that, our stay was amazing!!!

Looks nice but don’t be fooled

First, We showed up and our balcony with the ocean front view we were supposed to have was being taped up by construction crews to be painted. (This was supposed to have been completed 3 weeks prior to our arrival ) we had zero access to our balcony the whole week with no forewarning from the owners or property manager. I was told by a 3rd party on 3 different occasions that the “local manager” would be contacting me over the issue…. But nothing. I was finally told by the 3rd party they would only offer me a 200 dollar refund and nothing more. Was never even given the opportunity to speak with this “local management”. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Second, The old washing machine they had in the unit stopped working on day 4. So for the last 2 and half days we had no way to wash clothes/towels etc. their solution? Unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in lol. Give me a break. Third, I’ve stayed at this property almost every year for the last decade and this is the first time I’ve encountered a unit that didn’t offer beach chair and umbrella service, so we had to spend an extra 40/day We spent a year waiting to take this vacation and it was an absolute nightmare. You could tell the owner got their payment for this rental and could care less what happened after that.

Great unit, but no balcony access

Unit was great and balcony work was supposed to be finished way before we got there. Upon arrival we found that there were boards proped up against the sliding glass doors on the outside, making the balcony unusable. It was late Friday night and we saw no workers until Monday. Tried to talk to Vacassa about this issue on Saturday, but they said nothing they could do except move us to whole new property. But we had already unpacked and brought in groceries so was going to be too much trouble to repack and move again. They said they couldn't even give us partial refund. My husband is handicapped and the balcony was his only way of enjoying the ocean and views. Luckily on Monday our last full day there my mother found a construction worker who agreed to open up the balcony for us after they were finished working that day. So we had balcony access for that night and the next morning before we left. The courteous thing for the rental company to have done would have been to contact us before we settled in to let us know balcony work was still in progress, not wait on us to call them about it. And this was our second unit. Originally when we booked we got an email later on about balcony work, and not at their request but upon ours we asked to switch to the unit we ended up staying in. Very nice unit, but very disappointed that the rental company didn't let us know ahead of us settling in to our unit that balcony work wasn't finished as we were told it would be. Not sure that we will use Vacassa in the future do to this.

Looks better than the pictures. Comfy beds, beach front. Sleeping with the patio door open to crashing waves! Only suggestion would be a lounger on the balcony. 10/10 if I ever return to the area wouldn't hesitate to book again!
