Everything I read gave it five stars. I saw a roach within an hour of unpacking had nowhere to go so I had to spend the night. Definitely didn’t want to stay in that building again moved over to Gulf Shores the next day, I’m still waiting for compensation for my remaining eight days I had booked at Island princess. The mirror in the main bedroom was very dusty and so were the table lamps in the living room. There were pieces of fruit snacks behind one of the beds on the floor. The sofa in the living room was stained and the seat on one of the chairs on the balcony was frayed and about ready to come off with any weight on it. Other than those few issues, the condo was nicely decorated, clean and the location was great. The facility could use a better elevator.
