This year encountered some difficulties.1\. The elevator was out of order. I have arthritis in my knee & hip, and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs every time I left and returned. While the weather is out of the control of the owners, having to do this climb multiple times in the rain added to the difficulty.2\. There was no parking pass in the unit. The info available to me indicated that a pass was required while my car was on property.
