During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. BEDROOMS AND BATHS This one-story condo sleeps up to six guests, with three bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and 32-inch cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom features two vanities, a water closet, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The master has direct access to the balcony. A second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and a 32-inch cable TV. A second en suite bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, features a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a 32-inch cable TV. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy peekaboo views of the Gulf from the second-story balcony, furnished with table seating for four. Soak up the sun at two sparkling complex pools (six feet deep), or relax on a poolside lounger while the kids play on the splash pad. In the evening, treat yourself to a soak in one of two shared hot tubs. EXTRA AMENITIES AND MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two vehicles in the complex parking lot. (Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.) This second-level home is accessible via an elevator. No stairs are required inside the condo. THE LOCATION Walk just minutes to the beach from this waterfront condo! Easily walk to an abundance of local eateries and convenient amenities, or explore a plethora of shops and dining options, including The Crab Trap and AJ's Beach Club, just one mile away at The Boardwalk. The balcony is huge at this property and you have an ocean view overlooking a parking lot, but we enjoyed it. Loved this property and we will be back! Master Bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Laundry room has an odor. Washing Machine knob does not stay intact thereby not locking on the proper wash setting. Upon arrival, lamp on sliding glass door side in Master Bedroom blew breaker due a broken light bulb broken at the base of the lamp. We unplugged the lamp and reset the breaker. Otherwise the condo was very clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was nicely stocked and contained everything needed during our stay. ##### Patricia B. Several eating places across the street or a short drive away. This condo was very clean and linens aplenty. The bunk bed was a little short for my 6ft son but he made it work. The bunk room is smaller than the other guest room. Love the huge balcony. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware, dishes and utensils. It does have a Keurig coffee maker! You will need salt, pepper, cooking spray, detergent, etc. All in all a perfect stay for my family of 5! ##### TINA S. In the past we have dealt with rooms not having the best air flow, the AC work amazing in every room! The beach service was definitely and added bonus! Plus with this being an end unit you are right by the side access stairs! Some downsides— be careful when opening the freezer because the door does turn on the stove to melt mode. If you are driving a larger vehicle the parking garage is a bit of a task— but our ford was able to fit on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thank you to the family for sharing your home!
