During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. An en-suite master bathroom features two vanities, a water closet, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The master has direct access to the balcony. A second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and a 32-inch cable TV. A second en suite bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, features a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a 32-inch cable TV. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy peekaboo views of the Gulf from the second-story balcony, furnished with table seating for four. Several eating places across the street or a short drive away. This condo was very clean and linens aplenty. The bunk bed was a little short for my 6ft son but he made it work. The bunk room is smaller than the other guest room. Love the huge balcony. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware, dishes and utensils. It does have a Keurig coffee maker! In the past we have dealt with rooms not having the best air flow, the AC work amazing in every room! The beach service was definitely and added bonus! Plus with this being an end unit you are right by the side access stairs! Some downsides— be careful when opening the freezer because the door does turn on the stove to melt mode. If you are driving a larger vehicle the parking garage is a bit of a task— but our ford was able to fit on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thank you to the family for sharing your home! Reviewer Comments: The furnishings are old and some worn through the thread so bad you can see the cushioning underneath. Area rugs were filthy. Couch was old and dirty. I covered it with a sheet just to sit on it. Pots and pans were worn down to the metal. I bought new ones as they werent fit to cook. There is no dresser in the master to store your clothes. Please put some normal size coffee mugs in the unit. The ones provided were so tiny. There is an enormous patio with one tired table and chairs. I reported all of these and maintenance items such as a cieling fan not working and nobody came to address. While the location between Destin and Navarre was great, do not believe the advertising that this is a “luxurious” condo. The layout of the condo is great and provides ample space for everyone but the furnishings are tired and run down, definitely needs to be updated. The mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and feels like your falling in a whole in the middle of the bed. The button to start the washing machine doesn’t work properly, it was a struggle to use the machine. The living room furniture definitely needs updating, couch is small and uncomfortable plus the coffee table wobbled so bad, we were scared to set anything on it. There were a total of 11 light bulbs that were out. Most of the drawers in bedrooms we not working. The upholstered furniture stunk. The kitchen was lacking especially coffee cups and silverware. The toilets ran and needed maintenance while we were there. When we turned on jets in tub, there was mold. There was nothing there to wipe or clean it with. The property was fine although having to venture back to lobby area to access parking garage was tiresome. Would not stay in this unit again if I were to return to this property.
