Crystal clear water with pearl white beaches. \~ 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach.........6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin West Beach resort area' No streets to cross!!!   
Ground Floor unit no stairs or elevators short walk to emerald green water and sugar sandy beach Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6)people very comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunk beds, a large pull out Queen sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one in the living room smart TV DVD player as well as Internet access master bedroom, smart TV. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. microwave, Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / Dryer located in the unit for your convenience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! If you’re looking for a very clean condo for an enjoyable family get-away or a couples retreat then this is the one for you! Great place for a wedding on the Beach

McGuires has fantastic Prime Rib and daily Specials that are just amazing and Great prices. The Sea food there is so amazing best Fish I have ever had.

Great location just steps from the walkway to the beach. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that was included with the stay. The owner was also super helpful and accommodating with our needs.

A very spacious 1 BR condo. Wife thought the lounge chair was the best she's ever used. Great location on a road that ends only a few blocks away thereby limiting traffic. Master BR door opens directly to the pool. Beach access right out the front door. Convenience mart about 2 blocks away or less.

#### Perfect!

There were several things that were important for our stay: ground floor, close proximity to the pool and beach, full kitchen and allowed pets. All exceeded our hopes for our vacation! The pool was literally just out the back door and the beach access was just out the front door. And there was an umbrella and two chairs at the beach if we so chose to enjoy them. We loved that there was room for everyone to have their own space. The bunk bed was very comfy as well as the sofa bed. The king bed's mattress comfort was amazing! I can't say enough good things about the week at this particular place! Thank you!!!

Loved our stay here. Great location, easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. Clean condo with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and well stocked kitchen if you plan to do any cooking. If you have neighbors in the above unit it can be a bit noisy, that is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Checkin process was easy. The location was great just a few feet from the beach. Reached out to the owner about a closet door they responded quickly. The unit was clean and small yet spacious enough for us. We could hear our overhead neighbors as the walked around which is not the fault of the unit owners. Would return again and highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed some time at this rental over winter break. Although it was a cold week to be at the beach 😬lol, we had the best time! Felt very comfortable staying here, easy and quick access to the beach, as well as great access to other restaurants and attractions! Thank you!!!
