Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B622 is beautifully decorated with tropical blues and greens. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining nook has a large table. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. The HOA had nice events. The pool amenities were great. The beach location was perfect and love it’s not in a busy area of town like Destin BUT the mattress wouldn’t even be fit for a homeless person. The body dents were a good 5 inches deep. No exaggeration. The headboard was not well attached to the frame and would bang against the blinds while we tossed and turned. If you have a bad back, I would avoid. But we would definitely stay again. The pillows were extremely super thin. My Husband and I had to fold King pillow a couple of times to have any support. The bedspread was so old and worn I was guarded as to use it. Our unit did not have a kuerig like the other units. Our pullout sofa mattress was useless. Our kids would have been better sleeping on the floor. Unit was clean and housekeeping replaced hangers the second day we were there. When we came in there were none in closet. Elevators were fast and staff was cordial. ##### Tabitha B.
