Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B622 is beautifully decorated with tropical blues and greens. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining nook has a large table. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. The HOA had nice events. The pool amenities were great. The beach location was perfect and love it’s not in a busy area of town like Destin BUT the mattress wouldn’t even be fit for a homeless person. The body dents were a good 5 inches deep. No exaggeration. The headboard was not well attached to the frame and would bang against the blinds while we tossed and turned. If you have a bad back, I would avoid. We had heard so many great things about waterscape and how kid friendly it was. Which I will say my kiddos had a blast in the pool areas. The Mom in me was excited for chairs at the beach being included. Only to come out on the first day and realize if you don’t get there when the sunrises there will be no sitting on the beach watching your children play because you would be 4 rows deep of chairs. When we got to our condo it had a musky smell. The kitchen was nice and updated and the master bed was very comfortable. After those compliments we are going straight downhill. The lounge chair outside was broken. The outside table was wobbly. The second bathroom shower stall door was quite literally stuck shut. Couldn’t even fathom having my kids shower in there and get stuck in there. The dryer smelt of urine. The drain for the master shower didn’t drain, so you essentially took a shower and bath all at the same time without even trying. And my least favorite thing about the condo was the carpet. You have such a beautiful view! The complex has so much to offer. Condo itself was nice and clean. The carpet needs torn out of there. It is probably the original and was pretty dirty!
