Pelican Isle 418 is a fourth-floor corner unit, boasting unparalleled Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters.Enjoy the surrounding scenery with large glass windows throughout the unit, leading to the three private balconies. This unit is beautifully-tiled from the entrance, down the hallway and throughout the kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with both bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located next to the entrance of the condo, includes its own private balcony access and leads into the large primary bath. Down the hall, you will find the guest bedroom on your right. There is an additional full bath, accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hallway. Past the hallway, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, leading to the dining area and living room. There is additional access to the balconies from both sides of the living room. Enjoy endless entertainment with a television and DVD player in each room of the condo, along with DVD rentals throughout your stay. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the unit for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service included March-October (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) This property is smoke-free and vape-free. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was so easy to do and they kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. The condo was so clean and perfect. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable! It was awesome to have the Beach Service so we did not have to bring our own chairs and umbrella. You might want to bring a chair if you are taking sunrise/sunset pictures. The water was so clear and the sand was gorgeous. The ocean was so beautiful with the different shades of blue! It was so nice to just sit back and listen to the waves! If the ac worked, it would've help tremendously with the musty odor and high humidity within the unit. Good location with quick access to the beach.
