Upon entering, you will find the main bedroom leading into the spacious main bath. The hallway includes a set of twin-size beds, perfect for children, and leads to the kitchen, dining area, and living room. You will feel immediately at home in the fully-equipped kitchen, offering all necessities to create a picture-perfect vacation. The living room includes a sleeper sofa along with a television and DVD player. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the condo for added convenience. The balcony boasts incredible Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters, perfect for taking in the stunning colors of the sunrise and sunset. Pelican Isle is conveniently located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. Take a dip in the outdoor pool and hot tub or enjoy the on-site fitness area. Pelican Isle is just a short walk, bike ride or drives to various shops and restaurants. It is just under two and a half miles from the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. It is also just under three miles from Wild Willyā€™s Adventure Zone and the Emerald Coast Convention Center, creating fun for the whole family. We called and were told they were waiting on a part, and we survived just fine without it. Hopefully it’s fixed. The beach view was fantastic and we saw dolphins every day from the balcony. Interior hanging wall decor could use a decorators tweak, but it’s minor, like if that’s my big complaint I’m really searching. Ha. Some issues with the entire complex included 1 broken elevator and 1 that worked. We usually used the stairs to the 3rd floor because the wait was long. Also there is an unusual system to wash sand off. Thru covered parking lot, then 2 sets of doors, then wash and backtrack. It would be easier to wash off at the end of the boardwalk IMO. We would eat again at Stewbys, Marina Cafe ( bogo before 6), Dewey Destin’s Dockside, and The Gulf. We are fish sandwich people and we’re not disappointed!!! ##### julie b. The unit had a broken dryer and they knew it before we got there (sign on dryer at arrival). The mattress in main bedroom was awful. It sunk in the middle. The pullout couch did not offer a sleeping option, as it too was worn out. This one was not clean! Rugs were filthy. We rolled them up and put under couch, toilet was stopped up, WiFi didn’t work, no security at all, dryer wouldn’t cut off and couldn’t tel if it was hot or cool air.
