The included beach chair rental was great although it would have nice to have them reserved without extra charge (probably more of a lazy days beach rentals issue). A few simple spices (salt, pepper, etc) would have been appreciated. Overall, a very nice place for a beach vacation. It was clean, appeared to be well maintained, and everything worked. It wasn’t too loud but the plastic covering the rails blocked our view. You couldn’t be on the balcony while they were working outside. The view is of the ocean, Other hotels , and parking lot. You cannot see the beach. The room was furnished very well! The towels were great! The kitchen had every thing we needed and it had a K cup maker not advertised. There were nice new TVs. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The condo owner allowed us to park in their spot under the building offering increased security! The condo is steps away from white sand beaches. It is located at the end of Santa Rosa Blvd where there are less crowds and open ocean views. The condo owner also supplies their guests with use of their beach gear.
