Location can’t be beat! Each year the home is immaculately clean, kitchen is fully stocked, noticeable updates to the unit each year. Pictures are accurate. Very spacious and nice beach front location. The 5th bed room was very very small and because it’s the only bedroom on the main floor would not use it for a child but overall we had an awesome time. Walking off the deck to your own private beach is wonderful. This is a very large townhouse to stay at, the owner was quick to respond and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. The a/c is super touchy, and the basement unit wasn’t working, but Kim sent someone right away. we felt like there was room for everyone. We brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry soap which we did use so make sure not to forget that. We would definitely stay again. ##### Katelin H. The host was timely when replying my questions and was also understanding with checking in and out a couple hours later. The location is great right on the beach with plenty of space to host a large group. We had 8 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby with plenty of space for all. Ideal place to vacation if you want to relax with a large group on a family friendly beach. The water was beautiful and shallow for kids to play and amazing white sand. You get your own stretch of beach to relax on without being packed in like the public beach. The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. This is the second time my family has stayed at this property. We absolutely love that we step off the deck to a private beach spot. We can come and go from the beach to the house very easily and as frequently as needed throughout the day. My 70 year old parents enjoyed the patios with high chairs and umbrellas to sit out of sun and enjoy watching the beach. Also makes it very convienient that Kenny Ds is right across the street. It was amazing to be able to have my daughter & her family come down for vacation- we have not seen them in months. We live 9hrs away. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. The home is huge and has very nice features. We had a family of 14, ages 1-58 y/o, and we never felt crowded. The three different floors and two kitchens allowed everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The private beach was very nice to assure we had our own little spot to ourselves. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a few mishaps in the home and the owner was very understanding and easy to work with. You won’t regret this stay! The views were stunning and that sand!!! We also saw so many sea animals (dolphins swimming by multiple times, sharks being caught by our neighbors, stingrays, jellyfish, and crabs! My husband changed one as there was one extra filter but no extra filters to replace the upstairs filter. There were roach like bugs on the basement stairs one evening. There were holes in the main living room couch. The dish water was broke and her communication insinuated that we caused it. The property manager did replace the dishwasher the next day so that was great. The property manager’s communication style could be more inviting and welcoming. If check-in will not be on time, prior communication would have been appreciated. All the knobs on the exterior doors do not lock. The locks on the knobs do not turn. Additionally, the three beach side door bolts do not turn unless you lift up on the doors. The two bay windows on the main floor were filthy, and not cleaned from prior guests. One of the dining room chairs in broken, and if sat on, the leg moves and the chair collapses. The ice maker in the fridge on the main level does not work. The BBQ grill looks like it went through a hurricane, as it is completely rusted and barely works. However, the house is in a great location right in the beach. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean.
