You will love staying in this ADORABLE 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach condo during your vacation in the magical paradise that is Destin! You will be absolutely mesmerized by the beachfront gulf view.... The view is AMAZING and you can see the emerald green waters of the gulf of Mexico from every angle of the kitchen, living room and balcony! You will sit on the spacious balcony with your coffee in the morning or your wine in the evening and watch the Sea Gulls play in the sun or watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. This comfortable home features a fully equipped kitchen with BRAND NEW kitchen cabinets, new stainless appliances, which include a refrigerator with an ice maker, glass top stove with oven and matching microwave. The kitchen has Quartz counter tops, tiled backsplash, and is fully stocked with all you will need for your vacation! The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with a NEW comfortable mattress and is decorated in a warm Coastal decor. This home also includes a large flat screen tv in the living room and bedroom. There is a FULL SIZE washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

This condo comes with free beach service during the season, high speed wireless internet, charcoal grills and a heated pool in the winter.

Loved loved this unit. The Sunset, the ocean and beach were outstanding . The location in Destin is the best area in my opinion. The woman we rented from was responsive and very nice The unit was clean and modern and comfortable Would go back for sure.

Great place to stay. Beautiful layout and very responsive host. We had a few issues with the disposal and towel rack but the Host was very friendly and quick to resolve. Highly recommended.

Exactly as described. Clean, modern, comfortable, easy access to shopping and dining. If starting and ending your day on the beach is your idea of unplugging, this is it.

Not “completely renovated”, just partially. The Jack/Jill bathroom area where the shower is still has the original insert from 90’s. I was VERY annoyed having a baby &toddler in there as it’s old & teeny; we thought we were getting a “completely renovated” bathroom. You’re bumping into everything it’s so small-the doors aren’t full size. This bathroom was a big problem for a family. The major issue was the smell of this condo. I notified them upon checkin that the condo smelled of cigarettes, and they seemingly did not care. The smell was like someone had smoked & they had tried to mitigate it plus the smell of bleach. The washer had mold in it, toilets are teeny, paint is peeling off of every door & bunk bed, we could not get the tv’s in bunk beds to work, there are 2 electrical outlets in the kitchen without covers-just wires. The behavior of the property manager was rude. We could not get into the beach gate in parking lot. she called me, was very shrill & seemingly called me a liar. Then when I said “ok, well it will not open” she said oh well if someone tried before you it can lock you out & take 2-3 minutes to let you open it. I said ok, someone let us in as they were walking out. She hissed at me how did they get in?! I’m not sure I don’t know them? I sent pics to manager upon checkin and she seemed annoyed and asked why? I said so I’m not charged for damage we didn’t do…patio door was broken & they did fix during our stay & left front door wide open-we loved that.

We stayed only 2 days for an event ...never made it to the beach , however it looked beautiful. Hope to stay longer to really enjoy area. Newly updated interior was on point to photos. Clean , neat and comfy.

Quick Beach getaway

My husband & I took a quick trip to Destin Fl and enjoyed very minute! This condo was perfectly convenient for us both. The beach access & available chairs were a big bonus! Loved the location, the views, convenience, etc. We will be back! Thanks Donna!

Was good, very loud. Pool was being worked on at 6:30 am to 7 am, and all day. They parked in the way, and heard one using bad language. Over all was nice. Just a lot of loud visitors, kids screening until 10 to 11 pm every night.

Cleaning issues

Starting with the positives, the location of this property is ideal. It’s right on the beach and close to Whole Foods and a shopping mall. However, that’s where the good ends. The property itself is filthy, dirty, and outdated. While the towels were nice and fluffy, unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The pillowcases and blankets had clearly not been washed prior to our arrival, and the apartment was extremely dusty. I really wanted to like this property, and it has potential, but it desperately needs more attention to cleanliness. Being on the beach, it’s understandable that sand might get into the apartment. However, when I requested a vacuum, I was told they didn’t have one available, forcing me to purchase a Swiffer mop to clean up the sand myself. Given the hefty cleaning fee (around $500-$600), the apartment should have been spotless, but it was far from it. The windows on the balcony were filthy, which detracted from the stunning view. It was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The couch and chairs were visibly dirty, and the kitchen was cluttered with old, useless items, though it did have plenty of plates. Additionally, they didn’t provide trash bags, expecting guests to buy their own. The bedding was cheap, synthetic, and noisy—every movement in bed was disturbingly loud for my partner. Worst of all, there was mold on the kitchen air vent. Overall, while the location and view are excellent, the apartment itself is old, dirty, and poorly maintained

Everything in the condo was exactly as pictured, clean, and perfect for my family. We loved being right on the beach! Sitting on the balcony was very relaxing. We had no problems at all! Our only “suggestion” would be a rug or something in the entry hall. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay
