The property manager is responsive. Gulf Place Caribbean is currently under renovations, we would suggest reaching out to property manager for status. It was not an issue for our stay as this was a business trip, we were able to enjoy the hot tub which was wonderful on the cold nights 😊 the 4-star rating on cleanliness was due to the balcony area dust, etc. which was most likely due to the ongoing construction.
