Blue Haven comes with a golf cart and is located on Baytowne Golf Course near Sandestin Beach, Tivoli's community pool, and all of Sandestin's amenities. The Beach is only 0.5 miles away, and this home offers quick access via our 6-seat golf cart. \*Private beach access is 0.5 miles away \*6 Seat Golf Cart \*High ceilings and open floor plan create a spacious, inviting atmosphere \*Comfortable sectional sofa \*Well-equipped, spacious kitchen with modern appliances \*Includes a wine fridge for your favorite bottles \*Charming dining area seats six, and a kitchen island with four additional seats \*Outdoor dining at the screened-in porch table \*Master Bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom \*Two guest bedrooms with a king-size bed each \*Bunk room has two custom-built bunk beds with a full-size trundle each \*All bedrooms include Smart TVs First-come, first-served parking for one vehicle. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin! Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Great locations and the golf cart could take us to the beach and shops with ease. The host was communicative and we found everything easily. The decorations really wowed us with plenty of extras available for our toddler and infant. One of the few places we found where the kids room upstairs could actually be closed off with a door to help with light and noise. The pool wasn’t that great but not of control by the host company. The home was very clean, lovely furniture and a great open floor plan. Loading up the golf cart and heading to the beach was super easy and a fun way to get around the property. There is a walkway alongside the home that leads directly to the pool. The management company was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The TV wasn't working in the master bedroom but they did swap it out while we were there. Just when you go to the beach walk down to the right about 3 football field lengths to get away from all of the people that made bad decisions in their lives (tats, smokers, too much taco bell), and you will find much less crowded areas. The sheep seem to just walk down the stairs and sit in the sea of seven rows of chairs. Great space for a large family the upstairs bedroom is key for our young adult children! The unit was as advertised- beautifully decorated and equipped with do much! The kitchen included not only many Dishes, glassware and mugs but also every type of cookware and prep utensils. Enjoyed the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for each bedroom. The main suite bathroom was a hit for all with its large bathtub and shower! Others were small but adequate. It was nice to have a Regular coffee pot as well as K-cup single serve. Easily accessible to beach. Our group so appreciated the use of the golf cart and we were able to travel freely to not only beach but also to the one heated pool and the shop and activity area. Our time coincided with the New years celebration which included music and fireworks. Walking trails were utilized. Since we booked thru Vrbo as a 3rd party reservation we were not able to utilize some of the resorts and their amenitues without additional cost. Next time we will pay the extra fee to use the fitness center as it is well equipped. ##### Faith C. The upstairs bedroom does get quite warm though. The Sandestin community is lovely with a great pool right by the condo, and it's fun to travel around with the provided golf cart. The beach is beautiful but insanely crowded on a mid summer day. I'm used to working with private owners with prior rentals, not a company, and the difference in communication and familiarity with the property showed. There is an app that is used but seems to have more generic info than specific to this condo. We were given incorrect instructions about trash, which led to some embarrassment with the neighbors, and were told there weren't any beach chairs or umbrella and there was, which could've saved us the trouble of traveling with those. There also aren't any beach towels provided, which is also a hassle to have to travel with. We had a few small issues (non working toaster, clogged sink, etc) and when communicated to the company they did address it. I mean golf cart, beach access close to the condo. First, this place has zero parking near the room for most the entire stay so you had to park and walk to the room. Also, one of the beds was full of sand from previous renters. Which means the cleaning crew didn’t even bother to look or change the sheets. Not to mention sand was all in the floor we had to sweep once we arrived. The beach access is absolutely the worse I’ve had while vacationing in Florida. It’s near the hilton on Sandestin and they have the entire beach covered with beach chair rentals. It’s 8 deep from the front to back and from side to side as far as you can see. So unless you plan on forking out $300 for the week on a chair don’t expect to be anywhere close to the water. Also, it was so packed it was unreal worse than spring break in my opinion.
