The property was not only new but also in pristine condition. It may have been the cleanest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Everything, from the kitchen equipment to the décor and bedding, was high quality and thoughtfully selected.The outdoor patio was a great feature and the perfect place to relax in the morning or unwind before heading out to explore Seaside. The location was excellent, especially with the bikes provided. It was only about a three-minute ride to the nearest beach access, making it incredibly convenient.We also really appreciated the beach amenities. The cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and towels made beach days effortless and saved us from having to buy or bring our own gear.From booking through departure, Jim was exceptional with communication and hospitality. He was kind, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in ensuring guests have a great experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and would absolutely stay here again. ##### Will H. We loved walking to the beach and riding the bikes to Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park. Jim’s place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable too. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. Large TV in the bedroom, comfy bed, and good space for two. This time it was just the two of us. Jim and Debbie are gracious hosts and the carriage house was perfect. Tastefully decorated, very clean and a great location.
