This new home in WaterColor is spacious and spectacular! Located close to Camp WaterColor, 1312 Western Lake Drive has all of the upgrades you are looking for and is luxury living at its best. The living area offers beautiful, beamed ceilings that complement the rich wood flooring. An attached kitchen and dining area provides openness and all of the amenities you deserve. Gorgeous white quartzite counters beautifully adorn this state-of-the-art kitchen, which features Thermador appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and an ice maker. The screened dining porch and outside patio, together with four additional porches (2 screened), extend the living areas into the beautiful WaterColor resort. Four of the five bedrooms offer Master accommodations with en suite bathrooms, king beds and access to outside porches. With the beautiful decor and gorgeous bathrooms, the toughest decision will be deciding which Master bedroom you want. The fifth bedroom is a fun, cheery built-in bunk room featuring 4 twin sized beds and plenty of storage. A second living area on the second floor of this breathtaking home offers seating and a flat screen television for watching movies, playing games, or reading a book. This home provides parking for three vehicles. Jun 1, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Watercolor Multi-Family Vacation This was our first time to Watercolor in 10 years and what an outstanding job they have done with the Community. The Camp District is great for younger kids and we were within walking distance of the Camp District Pool. The House is fabulous because it has 4 Bedrooms, each with a King Bed. Most of the 4 bedroom rentals do NOT have King beds in all 4 Bedrooms, this is a huge plus. In addition the Kids bunk room is perfectly situated on 2nd Floor. Everything in the Unit worked great, had a small issue with downstairs TV remote, but they came to fix during out trip. We rented an electric golf cart from 3rd party and this was necessary to get to and from beach with young kids. Overall this is a fantastic unit and one we will rent again ##### Mike R. Our group included 9 people with kids from 5 years old to 15 years old. The location is perfect and convenient. The house was clean and laid out nicely to give the younger kids and teens the space that they needed. The porches are wonderful front and back and upstairs and downstairs. House was clean and had everything that we needed except a crockpot pot which I purchased and left for future guest. We would definitely book this house again. My only complaint is the 9 am checkout. 10am would have allowed us less rushing the day that we left. We had to make one maintenance call for broken bikes, they responded right away and the bikes were repaired quickly. ##### cherie b. Reviewer Comments: Pros - This home is in a great location in Watercolor, close to pools, Publix and other amenities. The bathrooms are beautiful with large showers and lots of counter space for sharing. The kitchen is also spacious with high end appliances. The property management company is top notch. We had great communication both before and during our trip. We had a few minor issues that were resolved promptly and efficiently. Con’s - If you are traveling with a large group, there are some challenges. For one, the living room space and furniture is sparse. We traveled with a group of 12, 9 of them were boys/men aged 16-55\. The sofa seats 2- 3 at most, which made it an uncomfortable space to hang out together in the evenings. The kitchen is also very under equipped for a home that sleeps 12\. Trying to cook multiple meals for 12 proved difficult using the equipment provided and we eventually gave up and resorted to ordering more take out. This may or may not be important, depending on the size of your group. Summary - this is a lovely, beautiful home with great access to Watercolor’s top notch amenities. It’s managed by a very professional group that operates with great clarity and communication. Consider the size of your group and what you may like to do in the home - hanging out together, cooking meals, etc. to determine if it is the best fit. We had to rent extra bikes and a 6 seater golf cart. We also had to furnish spices, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, bath soap, and more. Upstairs loft and living space add even more space and privacy for teens. Outdoor spaces for everyone. Great location! House does not have a golf cart but we used the courtesy golf cart shuttle and it was so fast and easy and Jeff and John are a delight! The beach club is not far by bike or shuttle. Everything in the house was clean and well stocked. The house is very close to several pools and within walking distance to Publix. Beach Habitats 30A was very responsive through the entire process of renting and checking out. They communicated very well as far as the "why's" of several of the rules of the property and Watercolors which was appreciated. Referrals to baby equipment rental and golf carts was very helpful and utilized. The house was very quiet considering we had 8 adults and 4 children under 4\. We had SUCH a wonderful time....the location was ideal for kids. The Camp Watercolor pool is only one block away...this pool is perfect for kids of all ages. All of the king bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom, which we we really enjoyed, and there were several indoor and outdoor areas to hang out. We took full advantage of the Watercolor amenities and loved being able to bike aware from the central location of this home. Kitchen was not equipped with any cooking ingredient staples, so be prepared to buy/bring them.
