All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSV. \- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking \- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation. \- As a reminder, the golf cart/LSV is owned and provided by the home owner as a complimentary amenity. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen mechanical failures which make the complimentary golf cart unusable during your stay. The home is so perfectly located and even being so close to so many things, it still felt quiet. The home was beautifully appointed and was exactly what we needed - bunk rooms for kids, a first-floor bedroom for some older folks and the luxurious king suites upstairs. Plenty of room to spread out and yet cozy enough to make some wonderful family memories! A+ experience with Dune, too - our Property Manager was so responsive and helpful. Home is beautiful and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Green space in the back was great for the kids the throw ball and play soccer.
