Bright and airy unit, with great Gulf and pool views. Discounts on beach chair set ups, golf carts and bike rentals! Joe-Ana's Cabana is perfect for a romantic getaway or the two bunk beds make it a great condo for the family vacation. The bedroom is a private, enclosed room featuring a bright beach color pallet. Bedroom has new phone charging station on each side of bed. The bedroom is open to a full bath. Full bath has new tub and custom tiling. Bunks in hallway have new light fixtures that have spot for phone and charging outlet. The living room gives great space with a comfortable sofa which is great for relaxing while watching a DVD on the large flat-screen Smart TV or just taking an afternoon nap. The living room offers doors leading onto the covered balcony. This space has a gulf view and is wonderful no matter what the weather. The balcony is private and offers comfortable chairs and table for relaxing and listening to the sound of the surf. The kitchen is open and provides a large table height bar. We provide all small appliances, cookware, flatware and new dishes to make your stay easy. We make sure you have the comforts of home with a gulf view!! We provide beach towels, chairs, wagon and an umbrella for your enjoyment at the beach. Known for it's three pools (two heated), hot tub, tennis courts and outdoor amphitheater, the Gulf Place Community can fulfill all of your vacation needs. We also have shopping, a multitude of dining choices, a local artist kiosk area, a day spa, coffee shop, beach bar, an upscale wine bar, and an ice cream shop right on the property. A 19 mile biking trail along 30A with bike rental shops nearby. Gulf Place has three private entrances to the beach and the beach along this stretch of 30-A is known for the lovely surf and sugar white sand. You can sun, rest under an umbrella, or stroll the beach. Just enjoy! For the golfer, this is your vacation destination. Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club is less than 1/4 mile and offers a great course with lovely beach front dining. Other courses include: Seascape Resort which has 13 water hazards that pose a challenge for any golfer. Regatta Bay is an 18 hole course and is known for its meticulously maintained grounds and pristine lakes and views. It was as advertised, in very good condition, in a great location with a number of good restaurants close by. The beach is a very short walk and they provided very nice beach chairs to use. In the middle of one of the nights a smoke detector started beeping. I messaged them about it first thing in the morning and someone was there to replace the battery in less than an hour. This is a beautiful property, and as described, directly across 30A from the beach. It overlooks the pool which is easily accessible from the condo. It is well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were immediately responsive to the one hitch during check-in (the front door did not close without slamming...need some attention). Tons of things to do in the town which is only a few steps away. Beach was beautiful and clean. Host was amazing. Rebecca answered all questions quickly. All instructions were easily followed. The owners have put a lot of time into decorating and offering local tips to renters. The location to shops and the beach is great. We have been going to Gulf Place Caribbean for many years and stayed here before, this unit is my favorite because it overlooks to pool/palm trees and has wonderful amenities and ambiance. Owners are great communicators and there are plenty niceties to make you vacation special. Location is perfect - walk across 30A to private beach access or take a short stroll to various restaurants. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the check in instructions were very helpful. The condo is conveniently located near several restaurants, shops, etc and right across 30a from three private beach entrances. The beach was never super crowded during our stay which was a huge plus when you could see just how crowded the public beach was down the way. Our only complaints are the construction beams on the balcony and elevator/stair area and the noise of people running by the bedroom window to get to the stairs and talking loudly early in the mornings. ##### Justin C. On colder days we loved hanging out at the various pools, and we even played shuffleboard and tennis on site. The bike path is directly adjacent and we used that a lot. Overall a great property. The included beach toys, cart, umbrella etc. are very convenient. We would have loved to see options for recycling, but that's for the whole Gulf Place complex as a whole. ##### Laura L. Perfect for a couple or a small family with one or two young children. The pool and spa were great. Particularly impressed that it was cleaned every day. Access to the beach was right across the street. The building is undergoing a major structural overhaul, so there is scaffolding everywhere. It would have been nice to know this prior to arriving. That being said we enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend! ##### Anneliese S.
