They are currently renovating outside, but that is totally fine and acceptable. Limited parking. We parked and stayed in the same spot until we left the next morning. Wish the breakfast was a little better. All cold things, would of liked some warm options. Overall a great hotel, super clean and the staff was so friendly

It’s a shame because this place has so much potential. The rooms really are so cute. But the service was mediocre at best. Check in was at 4pm but they didn’t have our room ready til 530pm…. Upon taking the elevator to our floor, the first thing I noticed was that the floors were absolutely filthy. I’m super laid back, but this was downright gross. The TV/internet service was conveniently “down” for the duration of our stay, no one ever answered when I called downstairs to the lobby 3 different times. You can hear literally EVERYTHING through the walls and above and below you, just the water running in the bathroom above me was enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. It’s just a bummer. The views were perfect and the rooms at first glance were adorable- the stay could have been so wonderful- but it just wasn’t.

We had to stay here for a short time and it was exactly what we needed! The staff was great and we were so close to everything since we were mostly out in the day time. Only thing we didn’t like was that we had a room on the ground floor and it felt a bit unsafe having a sliding door right by the entrance of building. But the back deck was super cute to hangout and watch boats go by!

It’s a lot of places that you can go around the hotel. That’s the good thing I found. Bot I have a friend who came with me at this hotel and he ask to clean his room and they didn’t clean anything for him.

Went to check in at 5pm and room was not cleaned yet so we had to wait as they rushed to cleaned it. Overall the property is not that impressive. It’s an older hotel in the Water with budget updates but not worth the price they are asking.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Have enjoyed it every time and they keep updating the place every time, nicer each time we go. Perfect location for walking to everything and the Harbor scenery is excellent !

With the upgrades they are working on doing this will be a cute property hopefully in the future. However when we arrived there was no hot water for showers and the door to our room had large gaps under and around the door making it feel unsafe to stay. We ended up checking out and staying at another hotel for the weekend.

Destin, better pick a better one.
The shower didn’t work and the room was dirty. Called the front desk about a lack of hot water but nothing ever happened and nobody came up to fix the shower handle. It took an average of 25 mins before the shower would heat up enough to make it comfortable. Dirty sink, shower and toilet as well. Breakfast downstairs was awful as well.

Not the stay we are used to with this hotel
This was honestly a very disappointing stay. My wife and I have stayed at this property many times and always enjoyed it. We’ve never had a problem. This stay was an absolute cocktail of problems, beginning the moment we checked in. The first room we were assigned was a mess. One bed was unmade, and pillows were piled on the floor. We were moved to another room on the fifth floor, where there were gaps in the flooring (see picture) and overall the room was grungy. Then, during our stay, the person next to us checked out of the hotel and the hotel staff mistakenly checked us out of our room instead of them, issuing a refund for half our charges. When we arrived back at the hotel from lunch and they realized their mistake, they attempted to recharge us for the upcoming night. This set off a domino chain of phone calls to our room, multiple charges to our credit card, reversals of said charges, and charges again. It was a disaster that took all afternoon to iron out and consumed a good portion of our vacation. The manager was very kind and proactive about ironing out the problem, but she also seemed to be lost as to how to fix it. She ended up giving us one night free, which was appreciated, but at that point most of the day had been consumed. Additionally, the hot water in our room was cold, and the housekeeping staff blared music from the hallway both mornings while they cleaned. Overall, just a very disappointing stay. We were kind of glad to head home.

A building with a view not an Inn
You have a building with a nice view and location, you are not a Hotel... Room never got cleaned in all our stay. You breakfast is not such... Your rooms are dirty and lack minor comforts such as a small chest of draws to keep clothes. On my floor where there is supposed to be an ice machine, there is none, even with its sign. Parking is iffy.

Started off on 2nd floor but the heater in room wouldn’t work so they moved us to 1st floor and the smell when you waked in the hallway was awful. The smell of the room was not any better a very musty mildew odor. I kept a slight sinus headache from it all weekend long. Right on the harbor which is where I wanted to be for the boat parade.
