Aug 19, 2020 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Unclean and Chills If you enjoy cold showers, no hot water for cleaning dishes or laundry, and lack of cleanliness, this is the place for you. We notified the place immediately of issues and had to call again the next morning. Guest Services manager, Keri, was condescending and not very cooperative. Soap on shower wall in one bath, hair all over in another, 2 chairs covered in sand, mask left in washer, and no warm water. Cold showers every day. Gave up notifying property manager and Guest Services manager. Neither were willing to compensate for the situation. Maintenance crew confirmed it is an ongoing issue with water temp due to lack of boilers. Very nice maintenance team. Location was great thus the 3 star review. ##### Michelle S.
