Upon our arrival we walked out the back door of our patio and we were greeted with the most relaxing view of a beautiful pool. The walk to the beach is just a short 4 min walk, however I will disclose the stairs are steep. There was plenty of room for two families. The pool is a combination of three pools connected by waterfalls and is amazing to jump in after a day on the beach. The location is close to wonderful places to eat. I like that the property was beachfront. Although, be warn, there are many stairs to reach the beach; which can be difficult if you have a lot of items to carry to the beach or have someone in your party that may have trouble navigating stairs. The resort property overall was nice and located near wonderful restaurants and stores. A few people in our group took advantage of the many trails to run/walk/ bike in the area. The rental property includes parking for two vehicles. If you have more than two vehicles, the HOA charges $15 a day to park on the property. So clean and spacious. Loved being on the ground floor. Wish the large pool was heated also, but we still enjoyed the heated pool by the beach. Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable.
