Upon our arrival we walked out the back door of our patio and we were greeted with the most relaxing view of a beautiful pool. The walk to the beach is just a short 4 min walk, however I will disclose the stairs are steep. There was plenty of room for two families. The pool is a combination of three pools connected by waterfalls and is amazing to jump in after a day on the beach. The location is close to wonderful places to eat. It was located next to the pool. I like that the property was beachfront. Although, be warn, there are many stairs to reach the beach; which can be difficult if you have a lot of items to carry to the beach or have someone in your party that may have trouble navigating stairs. The resort property overall was nice and located near wonderful restaurants and stores. A few people in our group took advantage of the many trails to run/walk/ bike in the area. The rental property includes parking for two vehicles. If you have more than two vehicles, the HOA charges $15 a day to park on the property. This was a great property and very convenient. Couple of pieces of advice: Maybe not as great a place for teens as others might be, but the whole area of 30A closes down early, so teens are often left wanting for things to do. Also, if you want to rent a golf cart, you either have to rent it from the place immediately in front of the property (at pretty high prices), or you do without, as golf carts are not permitted on the property. Only thing I would say is the kitchen needs pot holders. Someone staying with us burnt his hand because we had to use a towel to get something out of the oven. So clean and spacious. Loved being on the ground floor. Wish the large pool was heated also, but we still enjoyed the heated pool by the beach. Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable.
