Beautiful condo right on the beach

The condo was described, my favorite part was walking out the door and being so close to both the pool and the beach access. The owner is very nice and prompt to reply to questions. The unit itself was well taken care of and fully stocked. I really appreciated the fold out mattresses for the kids to sleep on. This is a great unit to enjoy your vacation on the beach.

Summer fun 25

Property was above expectations. Parking was a little tight for 4x4 truck but was able unload at front door. Plenty of room and easy access to beach. Swimming pool was great!

Very good stay

The unit was on the corner which was good to be away from some of the noise. Very clean as description states. There wasn't a very good cell phone signal inside due to the location but that didn't take away from the trip. Lots of space for family. The sand dunes blocks the beach view of you are short, but it was still good, Very good unit. Would recommend

Toes in the sand

Needed a quick getaway to put our toes in the sand after a hectic couple months. Owners came thru and worked with us to rent on short notice. We intended on only staying one day, but decided on a second and they were kind enough to accommodate again! Rental is very nice, & was as described. Conveniently located on the ground floor and in a great location. Plenty of room for our party of 8. The only intricacy we encountered was the water heater wouldn't accommodate more than 2 showers back to back before requiring a short break to recover. Other than that small challenge, it was a perfect stay! I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great for Large Families, Convenient Ground Floor, Everything we Needed!

This is a nice condo complex located right on the beach. It’s just a short walk to the water. There are plenty of units if you’re traveling with a group. This condo was perfect for our family as there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Oceanside

Our family stayed at Oceanside at the Nautilus and it couldn’t have been better!! The condo was so nice. Plenty of room for our group. Completely furnished, large kitchen. Toys, towels and chairs were there for our use. We will definitely be back!!

Very Nice Condo

The condo was in great! Very nicely decorated, plenty of space. Very clean. Doesn't have a great view only because it is a first floor and the sand dunes are in the way, but overall it was a great place. No complaints and will stay again.

Great location

This condo has a great location directly on the beach. Keep in mind it’s on the first floor and a sand dune blocks the beach view to a great extent. The only issue we had was that one of the king sized beds was broken, the metal frame was bent and the bed was unsleepable but there was a sofa bed that we used instead. The condo has everything you could want. The location was close to several restaurants and activities. Great trip.

BEACHIN’ IT WITH MY FAMILY 2021

The property and location was all that and more for us. The owner was so accommodating for our needs being met. Very special and warm people. Couldn’t have rented from a better family. If we needed anything they responded to us in a timely manner without hiccups. It was 8 of us total and the space was perfect. Halfway Haven

Location was great. I thought it would be more oceanfront as the listing said however, it was bottom floor and our view was a huge sand dune. The condo was not clean which was bothersome due to covid-19. We found underwear, sand in beds, someone's drivers license and freezer with food still in it. No sheets for the sofa bed, the furniture was soiled and looked like someone just had sex on it. I was unable to wash clothes because the detergent provided was empty. I texted the manager and received no reply but a young girl ( the cleaning lady) came with detergent In hand. The manager never responded to me, I also mentioned the lack of cleaning in the text. One great thing, my fiance left her purse and we were able to retrieve it from the condo after reaching the cleaning lady...Great location!! Just maybe the host should follow suit with the other owners and have professional cleaning done and replace living room furniture.

A perfect storm

Our family had quite the disastrous stay a couple of weeks ago. On our first night, we discovered a big leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. The leak was eventually stoppedthr next day, but a large hole was cut in the ceiling and that did not get fixed until we were departing 5 days later. That bedroom was unusable the entire week (the hole was over the bed). In addition, the air conditioning stopped working mid-week and we went 24 hours without any air. Workers, maintenance staff, property management, etc. was in and out of the unit all week which was quite the inconvenience for the whole family. The property owner was fairly easy to communicate with for these issues — text or call response was within 30 minutes or so, most of the time faster. I am overall very disappointed in the experience though because we lost use of an entire bedroom for the whole stay which caused 2 adults to have to sleep on a mattress on the floor in one of the other bedrooms. In addition, the property management offered a minimal compensation (considering the cost of the stay for a week) for all the issues (which was just received this week, 2 weeks after our stay), and the owner did give any compensation to date, other than to offer a discounted rate to come back (which after the disasters, we did not want to do). Very disappointed and irritated about the whole experience and will not return.
