Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach is a low-density complex located in a quiet area south of 30A, just 1 block from Eastern Lake and the beach access. AREA ATTRACTIONS: 
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. We have been staying at beachside villas for 20 years. We always have a great experience. We had no idea about them changing the beach area where we usually took our chairs. We had to walk a good ways to set up our things. It was a lot easier when it was just a two minute walk to the beach and you could put your chairs out. know they have a service that can drive you to the public beach area but I like it when you can just walk there yourself. Other than that, the room is nice and love the neighborhood.

Floors, sofa, and bed was covered with sand. Had to get management to bring us a broom. Dishwasher did not work and washing machine worked half the time. Very disappointed! If the management company wasn’t so great, it would have been way worse.

Overall, the property location was as described which is a short few steps from the beach. It is also near dining and restaurants. The communication with RealJoy was responsive but lacked action to fix the issue. Before we arrived, we received a call to see if the property had been cleaned but unfortunately we were not there yet to verify if it had or had not. We were concerned we would arrive and it would not be cleaned. The first night we were there the property lost power for multiple hours across all of the condos. The second day we we realized the dishwasher was not operating and there were not any sponges or cleaning devices to clean the dishes so we were stuck with dirty dishes and smelly dishwasher for the rest of the stay. We let the property manager know but no one came to fix it which makes me wonder if the dishes we were using were actually clean. The bedrooms and baths were as described and the linens were clean. I would recommend the owner check all the kitchen appliances to ensure they are operational.

Close to the beach with an easy walk. Large beach area. Cute little shopping areas close by. The property could use a little better skillets for cooking. We did have sand on the floor and the couch needs cleaned a little. We had the AC quit working. Real joy vacation representativeshelped us through everything, they were great!

Great location in Seagrove and very very close to the beach! Great beach access! The only upsetting aspect to our stay was the lack of cleaning that was done prior to our trip. The towels had black hair in them. The dishes were obviously not cleaned because they had food and residue in them. I had to hand wash everything we used prior to eating/drinking. The floors and bathroom (master) were filthy as well. I completely understand some sand and I’ve never complained about a stay on VRBO before but this was beyond dirty in our opinions! We’ve stayed in several condos over the 6 years my husband and I have traveled to Seagrove and this was by far the dirtiest. Other than the dirty aspects to the condo, which I’m sure the rental company can fix, this has potential to be a fabulous stay!

Really enjoyed the stay. Smaller than what the pics may show but it was decent. Close to the beach access. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect! This was our first trip to Florida and was very pleased by the location and the area Nice and peaceful. No loud music so its a great place to relax and unwind. I will complain about the full size bed on the bunk. It has a permanent indention from I'm assuming the guests who stay. The trundle may be stuck because of that but my brother tried pulling it out so he could sleep. We didn't want to break it because of it being stuck so he just went to the couch. Definitely consider investing on something new. Just my opinion I also suggest giving guests sugar, salt and pepper packets. We had gone to the grocery store and completely forgot that so that would be very helpful. I would stay here again.

The amount of room available in this convenient location is a great value! Although it doesn’t have a beach front view, the short golf cart ride to the reserved beach is so easy and convenient. Also, the reserved beach by the Eastern Lake is absolutely beautiful! We’ll be back!

The location of the property was great. The condo was as expected as listed online. The cleanliness of the condo was ok. The floors were sandy upon arrival. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall, our stay was pretty good. On our last day, the power in half of the condo was out, including the AC and refrigerator. We called Real Joy and spoke with Jamie, and they said they would send the property manager out. Upon arrival back to our condo, we saw a note on the door that said that “an electrician would be out tomorrow” (the day we were leaving). The condo was incredibly hot and we were traveling with a child. I called Real Joy again and the man told me that, “it was out of his control and there was nothing he could do.” I inquired about a 24-hour electrician and he again said “there is nothing I can do”. He was rude and very brash on the phone and didn’t seem to have any sympathy for our situation. I told him this was unacceptable because our condo was reading 78 degrees. Jamie asked me multiple times if I was sure that the AC wasn’t on and instructed me to push the power button. He almost made me feel like I was making the problem up. He sent fans and dry ice to the condo. But we were unable to use the fans because the outlets also didn’t work. At 8 pm, an electrician came to the condo and was incredibly nice. He did everything he could inside the condo and then realized it was a power company issue. He called the power company, and fixed the breaker outside of the condo building. He stayed until 10 PM, and made sure we had power before he left. We got AC and power back at 10:30 PM. Although I realize this was a weird and abnormal situation, I was very disappointed in how it was handled. Overall, I would stay at this property again.

This property was close to beach. There is a small area very close by, but the designated beach area and area with chair and umbrella area was further away. The condo was clean and well stocked with items. The bike trail was close by as well and area is centered between Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach which made for great options for dining, biking and shopping.

Overall good for what it was. The guest room tv didn’t work and the hair dryer was broken (bring your own!) but it was very clean and sea grove is a good location. I wish there was more dedicated space for this property on the beach - Sugar Dunes claims almost all of the frontage and the private homes next to it claim the rest. But it was a relaxing few days.

Although the unit was super clean, the location was fantastic, and we enjoyed our stay, the condo itself could use a little TLC. There was peeling paint, worn furniture, light bulbs out, plus a broken blow dryer & ice maker. Fortunately, we spent most of our time on the beach.

My daughter and I went for 4 days to the beach for her birthday weekend. This property is great, beautiful, but small. The best part is the beach access, you can walk not far with all your things, chairs, umbrella, towels etc. The beds and couch were very comfy. I highly recommend
