Everything was clean and as described. Great beach access. If you plan on using the sofa bed, be prepared to bring your own blanket as there are none available for it, only sheets. Wouldn’t have been a problem if I had only known ahead of time, we didn’t realize until about 10 pm when we were going to bed. That was my only complaint.
