Front desk staff were very nice and went out of their to make sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered.

The hotel itself was average. The tub in the room was permanently stained, so it felt a little dirty. The amenities offered were average. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was one of the main reasons I booked the property so I was very sad about that. Breakfast dishes did not look appetizing and I found myself eating waffles two days in a row. The staff did not inform me of the swimming pool being closed when I checked in and only found out the second day when I asked what their hours were. The property itself was OK but probably wouldn’t book again

If it was based on staff I'd give it a 5 star rating. The pool was under construction and couldn't be used, elevators need renovations and have broken tiles, my room had cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, a hatch on the bathroom ceiling was starting to hang down. The fridge froze one of my salads so I turned it all the way down and then later that evening put sushi inside and it still froze all of that (half of a $70) meal. I will not be staying here next time... I will stay at the one in front for an extra 20/night. Again amazing staff but a run down hotel

I wasnt happy that he pool was being worked on and we couldn't use it the notice on the site was so small that i didnt notice it when i booked the pool was a big ticket item

I usually stay here for the pool. Booked the room weeks in advance only to find out upon check in that the pool was closed indefinitely. The room was subpar in the cleanliness section and I say this based on the stains dripping down the TV and on the stand itself not to mention the stains on the frilly bed/box spring cover. The fire alarm went off from 1:15 to 2:30, which is unforeseeable, however as a dad with two young kids it was quite the inconvenience. Never got an apology, or a sorry for the inconvenience or bother. The only saving grace from me not giving this place a one star was the complimentary breakfast.

The staff went out of there way to help me. Im a very light sleeper. And they moved stuff around to find me a very quiet room. And were so friendly. Good breakfast and all morning staff were just as good .

Had to change rooms as the fridge was filthy and water spilled onto the floor when door was opened. Second room was very poorly maintained as the deadbolt on the hallway door did not work and the inside security lock on the second door to the outside of our room was not functional as the screws to hold it in place were not even screwed into the wood, just loose where you can just pull them out. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible and there were only two in the room. Front desk had to go looking for more. Haven’t had breakfast yet but I don’t expect much considering the maintenance of the room. Also the pool and hot tub were out of order because they were cleaning it. Disappointed after a long day of driving. Couldn’t turn on the a/c while sleeping as it was so loud. No, I would not recommend this place!

Walls are very thin so you could hear noises all hours of the night, cleanliness was mediocre. Beds were a little older and uncomfortable. Pricing is a little high for what you get.

My room wasnt stocked with toilet paper or cups for coffee or bathroom supplies. Our shampoo bottles were empty in the shower. We had to go to front desk for everything we needed. Staff were good though, helped us out quickly and friendly. Clean and quiet.

The room we got was a outside entry 3 bed room, this was obviously used for workers over the years or people with dogs and was disgusting. Carpet was gross, tiles were cracked and walls were beat up. Asked for a new room but none available. Pool didn’t work first day but they got it going the next.
