Kitchen with a fridge, king-size hideaway in the living room for your stow aways, a nice balcnoy, a BBQ grill, yard games, and huge shady yard. Washer and dryer and a shared hot tub!

Yes this includes an entire private house. The pirate style of this home is more than just a few pieces of artwork. This house will have you talking like, walking like, and sleeping like a pirate. The perfect keep to scour the streets of downtown Fort Smith in search of pirate booty. The bath has luxury shower sprayers because a clean pirate is a happy pirate. There is a full kitchen. A living room with streaming service so you can watch pirate swashbuckling adventures. A pirate yard with an 8ft wall to keep the kings navy away and a BBQ grill!. A pool table, laundry and hammocks in the ships hold downstairs. A shared hot tub in a cave decorated grotto.

Easy walkable neighborhood with beautiful historic homes. The home is across from a football field and a basketball court that is open to the public. Lots of room to run and play.

This city is easiest to get around via car. This home is 200ft from a bus stop. Bicycles will get you most everywhere but the weather doesn't always cooperate. This neighborhood has nice sidewalks and is a 7-minute walk to downtown for restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
