The town home is incredibly well equipped with towels, bedding , kitchen, comfortable chairs and couches, a few games. And really well equipped shed for going to the beach. There are two bicycles in the shed as well. It only lacks some basic condiments such as salt and pepper and we could not find a kettle or garbage bags. The deck and BBQ are fantastic as well. Our only wish was that we had been told about how fantastic the main pool is. We had only been to the pool near the town house until we found the main one (fairly newly opened) which is huge. Has lots of shade. A hot tub. Tiki bar and food. Bocci Ball. Nothing was mentioned in the book or on the description on VRBO. We could not use the beach due to mobility issues of friend so we’re sad that we only found the pool on the last day. Other than that we give this place a 10 and are already hoping to return next year. We were there for six days in October 2025 ##### Sam A. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable except for the sofa bed. There was a discrepancy with the check out time. The posting stated 11 AM but the welcome booklet and the host stated 10 AM. Nessa, the host, was very professional and responded to all of our questions very quickly. She even went to the trouble of retrieving and returning a personal item that we accidentally left in the condo. ##### Linda T.
