Located in the historical district of Edgartown, Fort Pierce. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Breweries, Tiki bars, as well as the historical  
Sunrise Theater!  
What was once a boarding house for fishermen and railroad workers is now prime realestate. Freshly painted inside and out and new storm windows to decrease any outside noise
