Guest will have access to the garage, first-floor living space, and third-floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo is conveniently located a block away from Archie's Seabreeze, and the Jetty Park Beach & Pier. To make it feel more like a vacation, we opted to rent this place on the beach instead of staying with family. It was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfortable & cozy and so nice to look out over the ocean from the 2 balconies. The beach access is a bit overgrown & narrow, but still nice to have a short walk to reach the beach. We were quite pleased to find so many "extras" to enjoy the area from beach towels to bikes. Super comfy couch for lounging & listening to the waves. Well equipped kitchen w/ lots of storage space. Comfortable bed (master) and nice bathrooms. Would stay here again & definitely recommend it to others! ##### Tina A. Access to the beach was very easy. Unfortunately the bathroom outlets near sinks in 3 bedrooms wouldn’t work. The ice maker in freezer didn’t work. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. There is a garage for parking car but no remote entry. There was no TV remote in the guest bedroom, and the ceiling fan didn’t work. The big problem was the TV in the living room was not hooked up to any service, and we could not access the internet. So we 4 had to watch the Rose Bowl on my IPAD with a long extension cord. The host would not offer any assistance stating the TV worked at Christmas. Unfortunately VRBO was not able to provide assistance either. This is our first experience with this lack of support by either a host or VRBO, and we are very disappointed. ##### Kris G.
