Stan is the best host we have ever had, he keeps you informed, gives great tips and suggestions and is very easy to contact. The beds are amazing(something I always worry about) and he has fans in all the bedrooms for those like me that need that white noise! The house is across the street from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We had the beach all to ourselevs even on Memorial Day Weekend. The beach was good with fun waves. The home has so many perks: gas grill, toiletries, beach gear, games, pool, kitchen items, linens. Stan was amazing with his attention and always quick replies. Check in was super easy. We were 8 adults and were very comfortable. The house is roomy with plenty of space to have privacy. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house is just as described and the cleanest place we have ever stayed in!! (I've done multiple VRBOs for reference). The pictures are very accurate and everything is ready for use, and everything is everything you could think of needing. The beach access is basically across the street (and a house over), very easy to access. The area is quiet, non-touristy and made for a perfect get away. The location was amazing and the proximity to the private beach and Jaycee park was ideal for the kids. Everything about this beach house makes for a memorable time with family. The beds were comfortable, the plunge pool was amazing and the kids had constant entertainment from the endless supply of toys/activities. The Nintendo Switch and Legos were a huge hit and nice surprise! It was comfortable and we enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer. We used the bikes and the pool. The weather was pretty terrible the entire time, so we never got to the beach. Bummer. I was only able to walk twice on the beach otherwise, it was too windy or rainy. The screen door needs replacing, but that's about it. We just wish we had better weather. Four adults, three kids, one baby, and one dog. This home was perfect for what we were looking for. Location exceeded expectations. The private beach was great and the neighbohood was perfect, safe, and quiet. Stan was excellent and provided a lot of information up front which saved us a lot of research time. All his recommendations were spot on. The interior of the home was very clean. The home is stocked up with anything you may need and the layout was perfect for a lot of together time. We spent half our nights out on the dck and the other half in the massive kitchen area while the kids watched some of their favorite movies.
