It felt like the middle of nowhere, but Rainsville and Leesburg are close. Our family enjoyed Little River Canyon falls,park with playground and a swimming hole, the Hatter cafe in Mentone, Desoto Falls and park, and Pirates Bay in Leesburg. My grands called it "the fancy cabin". It is an extremely nice cabin. Clean, well stocked, plenty of room, well thought out. Communication with owner was good. Clear directions on check in and out. The hardest thing about this cabin is getting to it. There are 2 or 3 ways up the mountain, be sure and get specifics from owner. Thanks for a good experience. ##### Laurie E. We were all very comfortable with plenty of room to roam and gather. We had an issue with water pressure, but it was quickly repaired. Great communication with the host! Downside, it was a bit dusty with cobwebs in the less obvious places, but I’m sure that will be corrected. It was a bit hard to regulate the temp; cold downstairs and hot upstairs.
