It seems as though our attention to detail failed you in this room. I am holding a meeting with the person responsible for cleaning of this room and retraining will obviously be undertaken. We are terribly sorry to hear this, it sounds as though this room should not have been available to assign as it was not finished. This is not at all the clean and comfortable surroundings we are known for. Generally we score high for our cleanliness. I am discussing this with housekeeping momentarily to ensure rooms not cleaned are noted and removed from sale until fully and properly prepared. Please accept our deepest apologies.

With such cold termperatures this time of year some semi trucks need to run in order to stay functional, this is beyond our control as this particular vehicle parks on the opposite side of the service road and not directly on our parking lot. Perhaps we should change the policy to note 'do not leave pets unattended in your room for extended periods of time', going to dinner, yes it is fine to leave your pet in the room. We would like to thank you for the time you have taken in reviewing our property following your recent stay. While it is true we currently have quite a bit of single use plastic, this was put in place to prevent contamination of untensils and food items during and following the 'pandemic' for the safety of all guests. This week however we are instituting gradual changes to emliminate the use of much of this single use plastics. Some single use items cannot be ridden completely such as jams and syrups for those guests who choose to bring their food back to thier rooms, but we are on track to do what we can to comply with goverment regulations elimination of single use plastics.
