The screened in lanai was very nice overlooking the water and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The area itself was not what we expected. If you are looking for a very quiet vacation this may suit you. There was no where to really walk other than the road which most of it has sidewalk. The only restaurant within walking distance was Bimini Bait Shack or Marriott Steakhouse. We did enjoy Bimini Bait Shack, the food was very good and they had live entertainment each night. Other than that you had to drive. It is a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and you are basically right at the base of the bridge to Sanibel Island. No beach for walking at the condo building. ##### Becky M. The condo was perfect for us with plenty of space, an amazing balcony overlooking the beach and was well stocked with dishes, plates etc. there was a Publix a few minutes away for us to stock up on groceries for the week. The location of the development is perfect! There are so many restaurants nearby, Sanibel is a 10 minute drive and we were able to also enjoy the pool and restaurants at the Marriott next door.
