### Very nice 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, $ 3900, Golf Community, Great Location

Nice, clean, comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom plus a den unit with two screened lanais, one in front and one in rear, on the second floor in the gated community of Olde Hickory Golf and Country Club.  
  
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bay windows with a walk in shower in the bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the den will convert into a private bedroom with a queen size sofa sleeper and TV. All linens are included. Wireless cable hook up provided. The kitchen and wet bar are fully furnished. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and ample parking and one car detached garage, neighborhood pool and hot tub 50 feet away.  
There is a golf membership transfer fee of $150 for an outstanding 18-hole championship golf course designed by the legendary Ron Garl. It has the lowest density of golfers in any golf course community in South West Florida. Three million was spent to update the golf course, which reopened in January 2014. It is a beautifully maintained golf course featuring new greens and tees, free driving range and practice facilities with sand bunkers, pitching and putting green.  
  
The unit is located near the first faraway which allows for easy access to all facilities. The short walk to the beautifully renovated clubhouse has an outstanding restaurant for fine or casual dining, pro shop and new locker rooms. Amenities also include a brand new 1 million dollar, 2,600 square foot gym with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, which is beside 2 Har-Tru tennis courts and 4 regulation pickle ball courts, heated Olympic pool, hot tub. Olde Hickory boasts a warm, inviting, casual environment that is reflective of our very friendly, active and social community.  
  
Olde Hickory Golf and Country Club is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), 30 minutes away from the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), both along Interstate 75. Only 20 minutes away from the beaches at Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins spring training facilities.  
Olde Hickory mandates a 30 day minimum lease.
