The manager was so incredibly rude and racially profiled by her we were charged $150 deposit and another person checked in and were charged $100 when I professionally ask the policy for deposit she refused to address the issue! And threatened to cancel our reservation, we simply wanted to know why we would be charged more. She demanded we have to house keeper come to our room “policy “ when we renewed our reservation. I have stayed at 5 star wyndam resort for many years and the place from start to finish was ratchete!

The bathroom door is old and doesn’t close! The shower door is damaged beyond repair- a lawsuit waiting to happen!

Very clean, but had problems with noize from other customers partying in the parking lot till 1 a.m.in the morning they were warned once at 10 p.m. but moved their party across the parkin lot an continued to be loud until 1 a.m. my fiancée an i only got like 4 hrs sleep as we had to get up to catch our plane as we had to get on a flight bk to Wisconsin at early morning hours, we were stuck way bk in the corner rm 276 2nd floor an they all had rooms next to ours it was very disappointing an feel we will not be staying there again!

The rugs and bathroom was very unsanitary. I found mold on the plastic mat in the shower. The shower was not clean because there was hair from a razor and soap residue on the walls.

This is at best a 2 star hotel. It was 326.00 and the room smells musty and is very outdated . It’s basically two double beds and a bit of walking space. For an airport hotel, they don not provide a shuttle to the airport and there’s no breakfast. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Friendly hospitable front desk service at both check in and out. Room marked no smoking, but cigarette smoke was imbedded in the carpet. Old dated room needs a refresh to possibly attract more customers.

There were only a few guests at the hotel. To bad they could not seperate the guests. I was kept awake all night by the snoring of the person next door to me. It was loud enougb to register o my smartwatch. Also air conditioner is really loud.

Facilities are good ... bit dated but their handman has talent. Small, quiet and efficient. Gardens and trees well maintained. Nothing fancy but has everything you need. Staff are very nice!

Very clean rooms and front desk area. Bed was comfy. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Hotel could use a bit of an upgrade cosmetic and repair wise. The outlets in the room I stayed in were very loose to the point the plugs kept falling out. There was a noticable gap between the door and the door frame. Windows let in a lot of noise from busy Daniels Parkway a few streets over. Not a bad stay but probably wouldn't return for the price.

Decent room for the price of the area
The front desk was friendly and the staff/cleaners were friendly. The room was clean. It was pretty quiet. The hotel is outdated but that isn’t a big deal to us. The coffee was great in the morning!
