Stunning Forest Country Club Home w/ Heated Pool

This stunning 3/2 ground level villa in the Forest Country Club of Fort Myers, FL is outfitted to the nines and has been completely renovated in the last year. Boasting a deep heated pool, expansive patio overlooking the golf course, and sleeping capacity for up to 8 guests in beds, this home is truly exceptional!

The Space:
The gourmet chef's kitchen is brand new as of 2023 and contains high end built-in LG appliances, a large island with breakfast bar seating for up to three guests, and cookware for any occasion. It borders the dining area with features a large table with seating for up to six guests. Just adjacent to the dining area guests will find a family room with oversized 70 inch flatscreen streaming TV, a comfy sectional sofa, and views overlooking the golf course. All furniture and TVs are circa 2023 as well.

Moving along to the living room, guests will appreciate the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, lending the home an authentic Florida mid century modern feel. They will find opposing sofas both overlooking a functional fireplace with flume and instalog for cozying up next to the hearth on chilly winter nights. There is a small half bathroom off of the living room that features a vanity and toilet. There is also a fantastic den/office located adjacent to the living room that guests can use to take work calls or simply escape the family for some much needed quiet time.

The bedrooms are situated with the following layouts- Master bedroom with king bed, private pool access and en-suite bathroom (dual vanity and walk in shower) , guest bedroom 1 with queen bed and shared guest bathroom with dual vanities and shower/tub combo, guest bedroom 2 with two double beds and shared guest bathroom with dual vanities and shower/tub combo. The master bedroom and guest bedroom 1 also feature a seating area.

The patio area is fantastic and sunset facing, overlooking the golf course and featuring a heated pool and plenty of seating for lazy days in the sun. Guests can utilize the heated pool as often as they would like, with a temperature set point of 85 degrees provided as inclusive with the rental.

In terms of amenities, the home features a washer/dryer room with sink basin, a garage with space for one car (the other side is utilized by owners car), blazing fast wifi, linens, towels, and a starter pack of supplies (dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, etc.) included.

Golf and other country club amenity access is not included with this rental and guests that desire to golf must inquire directly with The Forest Country Club for details. While this home is located inside of the Forest, it does not include complimentary country club membership.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, pool, one space in the car garage.

Located in South Fort Myers, the Forest Country Club is tucked among 620 acres of breathtaking nature preserve lending itself as a spectacular backdrop to two award-winning walkable golf courses. With Fort Myers Beach only a 20 minute drive away, guests will find themselves pampered by the variety of activities this area offers.
