A family and pet friendly home Welcome to So Coastal! We are finally back after Hurricane Ian!! This is a beautifully decorated, family and pet friendly 700 sqft home with an amazing screened outdoor area. We are centrally located with 3 beaches within 5 miles of the property. Enjoy the best of what SWFL has to offer. We have the beach supplies and basic necessities to have a worry free short term vacation stay including a full size laundry room! Take a walk along the beach and see an amazing sunset that is 1.2 miles away! 700 square feet Amazing oversized screened-in lanai Outdoor dining area Firepit You can reach us via the AirBnB app. Our cell phone number will be provided after booking, so you can also reach us via text or phone call. Cottage Point is a quaint and quiet little neighborhood VERY close to the Sanibel Causeway and the Causeway to Fort Myers Beach. The neighborhood and the islands have done a LOT of rebuilding since Hurricane Ian. Car transportation is the best option to get around. The property was a much better value than staying at a hotel, and it provided more amenities like a home. There is a workout vicinity close by with day / week passes for visitors which was a plus.
