Master Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, dual granite vanity, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Includes Smart TV, two dressers, ceiling fan, and pool access via sliding glass door.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, large closet, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and twin sofa bed (which converts to king size), Smart TV, dresser, large closet, and ceiling fan.
Family Bathroom: Located adjacent to Bedrooms 2 and 3, featuring a granite countertop, tub/shower combination, door access to the pool area, and a hairdryer.

Property Features:
Private, fully fenced backyard with electric-heated pool and screened lanai.
Three bicycles included for guest use.
Barbecue grill for outdoor cooking (property manager does not refill propane).

Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and full appliance suite including toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. Fully stocked with all necessary cookware, serving dishes, wine glasses, and utensils.
Two indoor dining areas: formal dining table with seating for four and breakfast counter with seating for three.
Outdoor dining area on the lanai with umbrella-covered table for four and additional seating for drinks.

Laundry & Storage:
Dedicated laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Ample supply of linens, towels, beach towels, and extra blankets.
Garage contains pool floats, toys, coolers, and beach chairs for guest use.
Note: Three bicycles owned by the homeowner are stored in the garage and may be available for guest use but are not included in the rental agreement.
