A car is needed, otherwise distances to shopping/restaurants too far from flat. It is a 1 room flat, which has kitchen, TV and beds in one room and a separated shower room, with toilet, and with a mirror, washing place at the entrance of the shower room. Would recommend the flat for short term stays (for a few days), but rather not for longer stays (1 week plus), since lack of privacy (one terrace used by 3 flats, side by side) and limited space within the flat. Nice conversation with landlord and easy access to the flat (by codes), with car parking nearly in front of the flats. ##### Eckhardt P. We had to keep curtain shot all the time because the enrty was to the porch with 2 other studios. Standing water in the back which result in me getting attacked by midges and mosqitous.
