Myers beach and Sanibel island. There is a Publix grocery store 1 mile from the community of Wellington Lakes. The home features a split style single level home with the master suite with private bath and double walk in closets on one side of the home and the two additional bedrooms on the other side. There is a large newly screened lanai which is accessible from the master bedroom and the main living area. There is a community pool just steps from the house and Estero Bay Preserve Park is walking distance from the house.
