This is a great location regarding the proximity to Ft Myers and Cape Coral venues especially the Ft Myers downtown events. We enjoyed many pleasant walks north to the downtown and riverfront area, and east toward the Edison Winter Estate and along McGregor. Easy to drive to the various places we went for golfing, shopping, spring training baseball, etc. We were initially surprised to learn of the studio apartment right behind our space on the property, but the tenant was quiet, respectful and usually away during normal workday hours. We didn’t park in the carport to better accommodate the two vehicles which worked just fine. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice and quiet at night.
