The house was spotless when we got there, everything we needed was supplied: coffee, towels, linens, sunscreen, bug spray etc. My family and I stayed 4 days & 3 nights only leaving the house to grab some groceries. The dock was a great size. The owner had 2 boats and we had plenty of room for the boat we rented from Patriot Boat Rentals.
