Steps away from 5 star dining, 12 restaurants, karaoke, shopping, the Cape Coral Yacht club beach and a short ride to Sanibel and Captiva. Each unit is completely renovated and everything is brand new! Each of the four units has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The sliding glass door opens up to a private screened lanai. The location of this property was great. Cute comfortable shared courtyard. We had some relatives stop by to say hi so the courtyard was a great visiting area. They loved it! Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The bed was a bit hard for us but maybe not for someone else? Pretty clean on arrival but I did have to do a little additional cleaning. With the charge for cleaning fees we paid it did not make me happy. Dusty window sills, headboard and lamps. Also a few cobwebs in the ceiling and baseboard corners.
