This suite has it's own private entrance, no shared spaces, it's own private parking on premise, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, full bath, hardwood floors and a shaded outdoor sitting area beneath a coconut tree. The neighborhood is shaped like a horseshoe, with it being almost exactly 1/2 a mile from Mark Lane cul-de-sac to Scott Lane cul-de-sac, perfect for walking a few miles before bedtime. A bike can take you to the six mile Cypress bike trail, or John Yarbrough bike trail, the 6 mile Slough wildlife preserve, or any number of other outdoor adventures. You can even walk to the Whole Foods Market plaza that is full of many restaurants and shopping outlets. Just across the street from Whole Foods is Publix, along with many other restaurants, shopping outlets as well as a gym. We are located no more than a 5-10 minute drive to Hammond Stadium and Lee Health Sports Complex. RSW Airport is and Downtown Fort Myers are located just a short 15 minute drive away. Fort Myers and Sanibel beach are between a 30-40 minute drive away depending on the traffic.
