One more negative was the fact there is no working ice machine. The owner was very nice to give us a credit for bags of ice but that was an inconvenience to have to buy bags of ice albeit a minor one. Andy was very helpful in the days leading up to my stay and answered any and all questions promptly. The property helped me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my stay. At first the location made me a little nervous however I noticed that there were lots of families and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly and put me at ease. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to family and friends. ##### Mason B. Very modern decor, master bedroom looks like a resort room. Wish the weather was better to enjoy the outside amenities the home offers. Host responds quickly to communication. It was very clean and quite nice. We did not really want to go out to eat and finding places to deliver was very easy. Andy was very attentive and always got back to us quickly. The only disclaimer is I would tell people that the 4th bedroom is unattached from the main house. It was a bit of an eye opener for us, even though the hut was made up quite beautifully.
