Should really be advertised as a 3 bedroom as the 4th bedroom is in a totally separate building with no bathroom and a very small bed. It was adorable though but we noticed bugs could gain entry. There was absolutely no shade outdoors at “ the beach” so we spent little to no time there. Pool was enjoyable after a hot baseball game albeit very small. Owner was very responsive. Neighborhood is not very clean or well-kept. Description of house needs to be more specific to note that the 4th bedroom is an outside shed/building. We could not have any of the kids stay out there. Shower water did not get very hot and did not last long when multiple people took showers. Property is exactly as shown and accommodated our group very well. Waters, sodas, chocolates and even a bottle of Prosecco were provided and enjoyed. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities due to weather, but could easily see having a bbq, lounging in the pool and then drinks around the fire pit.
