The home was spotless and exactly as pictured and described. 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, good sized kitchen, comfortable living room and large screened-in lanai. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has basic amenities (coffee maker, pots/pans, plates, glasses, silverware), beach chairs and towels are provided. Conveniently located between the beach (Sanibel/Captiva Island) and Fort Myers downtown district. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the beach crowd, but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. The thermostat is locked by the owner to not go above 72 degrees. We like it warmer than that. The master bathroom sink faucet allows only a trickle of water to flow. When I asked the host about these things, I got a run around response like "I suppose I could unlock the setting" but nothing was done about it. She was willing to get a repairman in to check the sink but we were leaving the day that he may have been able to come.
