This fully updated condo is located in the Gated Community of Gateway, in the private Hidden Links Community. The condo is immaculate and is located overlooking the 16th fairway of the private golf course. This is a first floor unit in a 4 plex thus no steps and easy access. Our home is well equipped with all of the essentials to make your stay exceptional.

The bedrooms are separated for privacy and are nicely appointed. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the secondary bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Additionally there is a double bed size "convertible" couch in the study.

The family room boasts generous seating with a large leather sectional (reclining) as well a matching leather reclining chair. The condo also includes Comcast WiFi and cable TV.

The open floor plan provides an excellent entertaining area with a well equipped kitchen and a second refrigerator in the garage. Guests can access the 2 community pools just a short 3/10 minute walk away. This gated community is quiet and friendly. There is also a gas grill available for your use.

For our golf loving fans, please reach out to us if you are interested in having us temporarily (30 day increments) transfer our golf course membership at The Club at Gateway to you. The golf course membership includes access to the private 18 hole Tom Fazio golf course, resturant, golf range and practice area, 24 hour fitness center, club pool, pool bar, pickle ball, tennis, and bocce ball. Please note, that there are some additional costs to transfer the golf course membership. As part of the golf membership transfer, access to an electric golf cart is provided. Please note that a separate lease is required to be signed for use of the golf membership and golf cart.

The property is very close to RSW airport (approximately 10 minutes) and is just 5 minutes from JetBlue Park, and 15 minutes from Century Link Park.

This property requires HOA application fees ($150) which needs to be submitted 20-30 days prior to check in.

A $1500 deposit is required at the time of booking along with a $2000 security deposit. Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

A 2 car attached garage is available for 1 vehicle as golf cart takes the other space.
