It has tall ceilings which makes the space feel bigger. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The condo is an end unit on the second floor which allows for more privacy. The balcony is small but has two chairs and a table. The location within walking distance to a Publix is excellent. The condo comes completely furnished with lots of things that you won't have to buy or bring with you (tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) The host even gave us chocolate and coffee for Christmas! Very generous. However, I was surprised that there weren't any cocktail glasses. Also, only one key was provided which was very inconvenient when two people want to go separate places..
