Relax with the family, or friends at this peaceful renovated 3 bedroom home. If you like to fish, cruise with a boat or any aquatic entertainment, There is a boat ramp across from the house driveway located at the tip of the Caloosahatchee River. For boat lovers, this is the perfect place to use the boat ramp, and leave the trailer in the house driveway without paying for any fees. The Davis Boat Ramp takes you to the Gulf directly via the Caloosahatchee River. There is plenty of sleeping room. Boat Ramp is withing 270 feet from house.

ATTENTION BOATING-FISHERMEN ENTHUSIASTS - Recently renovated 3 Bedroom home in Ft. Myers Shores, DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE DAVIS BOAT RAMP (Only 270 Feet away). Keep your boat at home and have the ability to quickly put it in the water whenever you want to go boating and fishing.  
The home is comprised of newly renovated kitchen and renovated bathroom and laminate floors. It has a large fenced backyard with beautiful mature trees.  
Enjoy your morning coffee to the sunrise on the screened-in lanai. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, located a few minutes from I75, and Historic Downtown Ft. Myers.

You are renting a beautiful entire house comprised of 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a king bed and 1 full renovated bathroom with shower.

The house was fantastic and was right around the corner from our friends we were visiting. Carla communicates well with her renters and that was a plus! We travel to this location at least twice a year so we will be trying to use the rental again!
